This is an antique miniature chair pocket watch display stand with mother of pearl details. It is approximately 4 7/8 inches tall to the top of the back of the chair, 5 1/2 inches to the top of the hook on the back. It has ample wear, as shown.

Just because an item is light does not mean it will not cost much to ship. If that light item is large, the shipping providers use dimensional weight to determine cost, not the actual physical weight.
Furthermore, the shipping you will be charged is displayed near the price, whether you are on eBay on your computer or the app on your phone. Please, please, please don't feign surprise at the shipping cost after you win the auction. You've already seen what you will be charged for shipping when you placed your bid. Just like I do when I buy things on eBay.
