It's in working condition. Much of the gold finish is worn off of the metal base. The cord is dry, cracking, and bare where it goes in the hole in the base. There's a manufacturer crack near the cherub's hand. One of the roses has a broken petal. There's a chip and crack near the top on the green portion. It could use a cleaning. The light bulb is not included. Please see pictures for more details and check shipping charges.
