On the inside frontat the bottom are the small credits "Made in U.S.A." and “Patent AppliedFor, ” with a Decca Records logo in the middle.There are artists’ nameswritten in pencil on the first page. Covers are worn and the spine is damagedwith the back cover starting to come loose (could easily be repaired w...ith tape).There are two small pieces of tape on the spine.
