If that'sthe case, feel free to make us an offer and will consider it. Wealso have sales regularly, so check back often. There is always aSale by TheBay!Now onto the item forsale. We just had the opportunity to pick a 91 year old lady's collection of salt and pepper shakers. This lady has 1000, give or take, sets of shakers and we didn't see a single set that had ever been filled. We went through some of them today and found some very hard to find and extremely rare sets of salt and pepper shakers that we'll be listing over the next several days. We will be going back and picking up more over the next couple days, so check back if these things are up your alley. For now, we'll start listing the first 50 sets of shakers we picked up.For sale is a really salt and pepper shaker and toothpick holder set signed Francie on the bottom. We couldn't figure out much about the name on the bottom, but we would think these were made in Japan as most were back when these were made. This salt and pepper set has two Indian babies, which are the shakers, hanging from a tree trunk which is hollow and can be used to hold toothpicks if desired. The tree trunk stands 3 1/2" tall and each shaker is 2 5/8" from top to bottom and 1 1/8" across at the widest point. We looked for another similar set and couldn't find one currently on here, or in the last 90 days, so we're assuming this is a bit hard to come by.All of these pieces in this set are in excellent, vintage condition with no broken or repaired areas and the shakers appear to never have been filled. However, there is one small flea bite, aka small chip, at the top of the tree trunk. This can obviously be painted and hidden if desired, but it really doesn't stand out too bad since it's on the back edge. We included the chip in the pictures above for you to see as well. This item will beshipped in a cardboard box via first class with the USPS.Thanks for lookingand God bless!
