Elephant lime jar, hand formed pottery with black or dark brown glaze. This is unmarked and there is no provenance but believe this is from Cambodia, appears to be antique but exact age is not known. Skillful pottery work and this remains in excellent shape, just found in a local estate. Please study photos, send any questions and don't be afraid to make an offer. Thanks. Just about 5 1/4" wide, just under 4" diameter, 4 1/2" tall.&...nbsp; Weighs 1.25 pounds.
Excellent condition. There are no chips, no cracks, no breaks and no repairs to the pottery. The glaze is quite nice overall, no glaring issue but light signs of age and handling, expected patina. A couple of light scratches or small surface marks, mild crazing commensurate with age. He looks great! See photos for the best description and send any questions you might have.
