This is an early pull toy. It is one of the Ted Toy-lers pull toys. Still has original label on base. A TED TOY. This particular one is a Sailor. He stands on a metal base. The rest is wood, except for his arms and legs which are made of cloth cord like material. Kind of like the old cords on vintage appliances. He also has his original pull cord. He is old and used but overall in good condition. When pulled his corded legs move making him appear to be walking. The metal base has surfa...ce rusting and the paint on wood part has peeled some. See pics!! His red feet, hands and wheels are in very good shape.His facial paint is somewhat faded and worn but just normal. His corded arms and legs also have some soiling . His metal base measures approx 61/2" by 3". The wood Sailor himself stands approx 8" and from floor with wheels it is approx.9 1/2 " high. Overall, he is great old pull toy in good condition. Legs move fine when toy is pulled. No reserve.
