Rockeford Homemade Tile - "Welcome" - was purchased around 2003.
This is nice white glazed Art & Craft fonted "Welcome" signage on a terracotta brown tile it measures about 10 3/4" X 4". The tile substrate is about 5/32" thick.
Rockeford Homemade Tile was in Minneapolis and specialized in Arts & Crafts house lettering and signage. I purchase a pair and only used one in my home entry. It can be used for other purposes such as a wall hanging or... any creative idea where their motif is complementary. I am not sure these are actually "handmade" given the machine like workmanship, but they are very nice and I have not seen this style available today, for I believe Rockeford Homemade Tile is no longer active.

1. Sold as is.
Items are "sold as is". I have knowledge in the collectible and will do my best to describe the condition of the item. Due to the nature of collectible I can not call out every detail flaws or issue with the item. I will call out generalized conditions and provide pictures to best describe the item, however, individual computers may display colors differently. The bidder should examine the provide pictures carefully, and determine and set their own expectation prior to bidding. If an additional detail is required please contact me and request information or a possible picture.
2. Payments.
Taxes may be applicable in your state. The correct shipping address must be included with payment. Payment is is to be made via PayPal. Payments must be received within three days of the end of the listing, unless prior arrangements have been made. Contact me before bidding to address and question(s) you may have.
3. Shipping.
I have shipped and receive this collectible for years, so I package to best of my ability using item protection and usually double boxing to insure a safe trip. However, an individual box can be subject to unknowns, so I will usually insure items above that sell above $100. Framed art will not be shipped unframed. The merchandise will normally be shipped on the seller's next shipping day after payment clears. The seller is not responsible for the transit time once the merchandise has been accepted by the shipping carrier. At this time shipments will be made via USPS priority mail USPS parcel select ground.
Shipping includes delivery to a physical address via a method of the seller's choice. If the buyer prefers a different shipping method other than that chosen by the seller, or if delivery is to a post office box, additional shipping costs may be required. At the seller's discretion a signature may be required for delivery.
International buyers, please note: Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when the item is picked up; do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. I will not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts. U.S. and international government regulations prohibit such behavior.
4. If special packing is required.
Some listing items may require special packaging due to there nature and size. When required I will specify that fact and may state an additional number of days between payment and shipping due to the need of procuring additional required packaging material.
5. Other Information.
All merchandise is sold "as is where is". A person under the age of 18 must not bid or buy without the consent of their legal guardian.
