I Will be listing a very nice assortment of antiques in the next couple week from an estate collection. A lot of Asian antiques and high quality items. All fresh to the market.
Up for auction is a great pair of fine old Chinese hand carved celadon jade Phoenix birds statue/sculptures. These come with wood stands and have wonderful detail. Hand carved and the celadon jade has wonderful color. The statues are in excellent original condition. Each statue has a tiny flea bite nick... on the back of the head as seen in the photos. Very tough to notice. No other nicks, no other chips, no cracks, no repairs and the color is excellent. The stands are in nice original shape. These measure 9 5/8" tall with the stands. Each weighs about 1 pound unpacked. Rare item and is a must for any collector. Fresh from a 90 year estate collection and is fresh to the market. Glare spots are from the lights reflection and not on the items surface.
