Gulliver's Travels animated on 16mm from 1939. I just watched the beginning of each reel and here is what I noticed:
-The film is warm, going red, but there are a lot of colors still in this film-The first reel starts out very rough, with a lot of splices through the opening credits. After that it settles down - the second reel does not have this problem at the beginning-This is an ex-library film and comes with what you would expect - splices here and there, you will se...e lines and other marks throughout-I enjoyed watching the parts I did - brought back a lot of memories from watching as a child!
