A frenetic, bizarre live-action short that'll prove a real crowd pleaser...it's ALICE IN WONDERLAND and it stars the beautiful 20-year old blonde Joan Bennett. 16mm black and white sound approx. 5 minutes, 40 seconds "Nu-Art" release of a segment of the 1930 musical "Puttin' On the Ritz", a musical revue of sorts. Our movie takes place in a large theatre and the curtain parts to reveal a dozing Alice (Bennett) wake and discover the looking glass. We then have a bouncy Irving Berlin com...position as the principal characters make creepy appearances and dance with Alice. The short ends with Joan taking a curtain call for the appreciative audience. "Alice" was the final segment in the feature film and it was originally released in two-strip Technicolor, while the rest of the movie was black and white. Buyer pays EXACT postage...to the penny. I NEVER inflate postage or add rip-off "handling" fees. Films will be mailed MEDIA MAIL ($3.33) or, if you prefer, I will calculate the pricier "Priority" at auction's end -- YOUR choice.
