I carefully package items in good boxes with either bubble wrap/packing peanuts/Styrofoam or wadded paper. If any damage (it can happen to even the best packaged items) occurs buyer must provide proper documentation of damage for an insurance claim to be processed and must hold on to packaging and item(s) until claim is completed. If purchasing from me overseas I will only ship through eBay’s Global Shipping Service. If international buyer any issues must be addressed with the Global Shipping customer service.RETURNS: I take returns if it is noted on listing.
