Up for sale is a beautiful 19th century carved walnut marble top dresser. It measures 45 inches wide, 20 inches deep and stands 86 inches tall to the top of the mirror (32 inches tall to the marble top). The mirror tilts in the frame and there are t...wo round shelves on either side of the mirror and what appear to be built in candle holders. The mirror is very clean and in great condition. At the base of the mirror are two flip top glove boxes, great for jewelry and smaller items. The base has three large drawers. The top drawer is sectioned off as shown. The drawers have carved fruit pulls. The base below the bottom drawer also pulls out to reveal a hidden drawer for valuables as shown. There is an original tag on the back as shown. The marble has a nice beveled edge and is free of any chips or cracks. Beautiful dresser that comes from a smoke and pet free home. Similar ones are selling online for $1500 on up. It comes apart into three parts: mirror and harp, marble top and three drawer base, for easy transport. Local delivery available for a fee. Any questions, just ask.
