This is a Nice Woman's Vintage Rolex Oyster Perpetual Sub Second Solid Stainless Steel 27 Jewels Caliber 1120 Automatic Watch.
Model # 6504. Serial # 3XXXX. Circa 1950's.

BRACELET: 14mm wide Original Solid Stainless Steel band and Solid Stainless Steel deployment clasp with stamps and logo that fits a 6 1/4 inch wrist and smaller in Good Conditions. (See Pictures).
MOVEMENT: Original Swiss Made Swiss 27 jewel Caliber 1120 Automatic movement in VERY GOOD CONDITION! Keeping Accurate Time and all functions working properly.
DIAL: Original Gray Patterned dial with Silver markers, Silver hour and Minute hands, with 1 Sub Second dial with Silver hand located at 6 o'clock in Good CONDITION! (See pictures)
CROWN: Original Screw Down Solid Stainless Steel with Logo crown in Very Good Conditions.
