Nice estate sale findVintage Bliss Portable Strip Slitter Cloth Cutter Fraser Mfg. USA. Dated Nov 29, 1966 underneath. This appears to be the Model "A" version. The cutting head has the # 3 on the side. According to the manual the # 3 head will cut 6 strips 3/32".The condition of this machine is excellent except the rubber feet are dried out and in bad shape from age ( 54 years ) but they are still on and still usable and will need to be replaced at some point. Not tested with ma...terial but the handle turns easily as well as the cutting head.
