This is a nice metal ornament, designed to look like the Executive Mansion in Springfield, Illinois. It measures 2" x 2 1/2" and has a blue ribbon tied at the top. The front is engraved to look like the Mansion, the reverse is engraved "Best Wishes / Governor & Mrs. Jim Edgar". Mr. Edgar was Governor from 1991 to 1999. The ornament is packaged in a brown box stamped in silver; "Executive Mansion / Springfield, Illinois. This ornament is in wonderful shape!
