Hello there and welcome!! I have here a very cute Art Deco 18k white gold diamond filigree ring. The diamonds on this ring really sparkle but they are small the total carat weight is about more or less and I think maybe more is 0.12ct . the size of the ring top is 17.5mm x 13mm as you can see in the pictures and the shank is 1.5mm. I really don't think this ring could be sized more maybe to a 7 if you could get a jeweler to do it. It is a very beautiful ring and... very clean, I always have my jewelry cleaned. On the inside of this ring is stamped on both sides 18k si it is on there twice and has been tested. The diamonds are about 0.12ct, cut is round mine cut, color is G-H and clarity is VVS. The weight of this beautiful ring is a nice 2.32grams and the size is 6.5 and maybe it can be sized at your local jewelry.Just for your information the diamond sizes are the middle diamond is 1.5mm and the other 10 are 1.3mm.
