This is a very well used sturdy old step ladder. I have been using this in my antique storage room for about 10 years. I got too old to climb without something to hold on to, but it still holds me well. The paint is crackled, but it is from age not special paint. The pictures tell the story, not much more I can tell you. It is 23.5" tall and 15"x15.5 wide at the bottom of the legs. 14" wide at the seat.
