Vintage Set of 6 Haviland France Hand Painted Luncheon Plates. On back Has HaC?/ L 1887. Plates ate 7 3/4" square. Looks like a napkin with edges folded over. Some of the plates have pale coloring on the back, some white. All have gold trim. No nicks, chips, dings. Have been in a china cabinet with the door locked since late 1970's. No sun to fade the colors. Plate # 1-- Cherubs blowing in pipes sending hearts down, peach colored back and 4 edges in front. Gold trim.Plate # 2-- Gi...rl with peacock feather in hat. Peacock feather in corner of plate, back white. Gold trimPlate # 3-- Small children playing music . Gold musical bar at top. Corner pink colored like back. Gold trim.Plate # 4 -- Ship scene, folded corners white , same as back. Gold trim on front.Plate # 5 --Children playing on sea saw. Corners folded over with gold trim. Salmon colored back and corners.Plate # 6 -- Girl on a tree branch with butterflies. Corners folded over and pale yellow, same as back. Gold trim on front.
