This vintage child's Chinese festival celadon jade green silk sequin cheongsam top and palazzo pants dates from the 1930s. It is made of a celadon jade green color silk damask weave fabric with a woven floral pattern design, purple gold metallic handsewn sequin beading and pink silk trim edging. This ...girls youth size Chinese celebration ceremonial festival two piece outfit includes a short cheongsam qipao traditional dress style shirt top with a Mandarin collar, short cap sleeves, pink silk sequin beaded pankou knotted toggle trim closures along the front side and is unlined. The top measures 20 inches long, with a 28 inch chest, 28 inch waist and a 12 inch neck. There are matching sequin beaded fabric palazzo pants with a wide pant leg cuff, elastic waistband and are unlined. The pants measure 28 inches long, with a 17 inch inseam, up to a 30 inch waist and 52 inch hips. It is in good condition, has not been cleaned with some small stains faint discoloration and slight musty odor from storage. This is truly a wonderful piece of custom made Chinese wearable art!
