This auction is for a very beautiful and highly decorative Handmade piece of an Old Swedish Genuine Flemish Weaving, so called Flamsk, from around the middle of the 20th Century. This traditional figurative motif is based upon an old flamsk weaving with traditional roots from Skåne (Scania) County at late 18th Century. The figurative motif is depicting a detail from a flamsk weaving called ”The Courtship”. This All Original Swedish Flamsk Weaving is in Excellent Condition with bea...utiful colours. The measurements are: 13.0” x 7.1” inches (33 x 18 centimeter).
