Sublime length of French or English polished cotton chintz fabric. Absolutely adore this cloth. Beautiful hues~ tangerine/melon, aqua, yellow, soft browns and whites on a grayish blue ground. Larger in scale and mid density furnishings weight. It has a fresh nuance, joyful. Upscale, elegant yet also playful.
I acquired this as 19thc but don't feel that early. Probably 1940's, 50's or so. It's fresh palette lends itself well to many period settings. Clean, unused condition.
...Excellent used for home pieces; pillows, lamps, window elements, table pieces, as well as, clothing elements. Would be strong enough for decorative upholstery as well, covered boxes etc...
