18th Century Italian Silk and Satin Religious Panel embroidered with metallic threads.The embroidery depicts  two religious figures skillfully appliquéd onto the red silk satin ground surrounding by floral motifs masterfully executed for the Italian artists of the time. Backed with felted cotton.CONDITION: Wear consistent with age and use. It has stains, the silk is fragile in many areas. One of the religious figures has more damage than the other. Wonderful textil...e for collectors, study. Please look at the images for details.DIMENSIONS: 57 in  x 23 1/2 in IT IS A FRAGIL ITEM, I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.SORRY, NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
