This Listing is for an Antique Needlepoint / Petitpoint / Petite point / Petit point Panel With a Floral motif on an age soiled ivory ground , measuring 28 inches by 27 inches , measured at like the center , about 17 inches by 17 inches of design in the center with uninterrupted and uncut needlepoint. The very center of some flowers is done in petit point so there is not much of a petit point detail on this one.
This piece has been salvaged from a cha...ir. mostly wool weave and perhaps some silk although not tested. It is age soiled from usage and I am sure a soak / cleaning / dry cleaning by a textile conservator would add much brightness to it. I have not cleaned it while in my possession and acquired it as shown.
Its a great piece to frame and also on the rare side and probably not made anymore .
There might actually be repairs on it but I think its all the way it was made and not restored.

Great News On International shipments: Ebay has instituted a new International Shipment Option around March of 2020 Which is Insured up to $100 USD, Shows Delivery Confirmation and uses First Class. This option has resolved Issues with First Class Shipments which cannot be insured and did not show a delivery confirmation, hence I am adding a Shipment option called EBAY INTERNATIONAL STANDARD DELIVERY which in general is cheaper and roughly about half the cost of Priority Mail offered on Items that are under $100 and under 4 lbs of weight.
