- Vintage 9Ct Gold Sapphire & Diamond Half Eternity Band Ring, Size N -Lovely ring featuring row of 4 dark blue sapphires (1.5 mm) separated by 3 natural diamonds (approx. 1.2 mm each), all with star carved detailing to the setting.
The ring is hallmarked inside the band for Birmingham 1992 and 'PDL' makers name.It comes in organza gift bag.

The ring is a UK size N which is 6 3/4 US.
The top of the ring measures 3.4 mm and t...he band 2.2 mm.
