This is simply amazing!!
Gorgeous ANTIQUE Victorian dress front / collar. This collar is hand made of jet black glass beads on black net. This lovely gem is in very good shape for its age-there may be a few missing beads-nothing that I could find.

Measures approximately overall 12" wide and approximately 9 1/2" long-neckline to end.
