Click images to enlarge Description This beautiful cotton tomato red and white feathered stars quilt is hand pieced and ha...nd quilted, with an unusual center star and double sawtooth/tree everlasting border. The quilt is signed and dated on the back, and was made between 1991 and 1992.
It measures a generous 90" X 92" and is in excellent condition, with some light staining/color lift along the edge and no wear. The quilt feels strong and sturdy overall.
The hand quilting is SUPERB, with close straight line, grid, feathered, heart, bird, and floral designs throughout at an even 8 stitches to the inch.
The back is white, the hand stitched binding is the same orange-y red used in the interior, and the batting is thin.
