Original Description:
A set of Towers Double Locking leg irons in excellent condition.  Tested, fully functional with original key.  They operate as designed, snap shut and close to desired snugness, double lock with a full clockwise turn of the key and unlock with a full turn and a half counter clockwise.  Both sides work well.
