Antique/Vintage Large Tin Toy Train Passenger Car

This is a very nice antique / vintage passenger train car toy. I do not know if this is a toy from the late 1800's or from the first half of the 20th century. It has a lot of wear due to age but is not broken. One set of the wheels has a mechanism for rolling the train. This mechanism seems intact. The toy has a lot of wear. Approximate dimensions are 16-1/2" (42cm)L X 4-1/2" (11.4cm)W X 5-3/4 (14.6cm)H and weighs approximately 2 lbs 10oz (1.1kg).
