ANTIQUE IXL CAST IRON 12" COUNTRY STORE PAPER ROLL CUTTERThis old country store paper roll cutter is made of cast iron with a wood dowel, top bar and base. On the heavy cast iron cutting arm, it is embossed:12  IXL  12It measures 19-1/2" long x 5" wide at the base x 12-3/4" tall and will accommodate paper rolls up to 12" long. It weighs 6.4 pounds. It remains in very good usable condition with no damage.
