This colorful Art Deco orange black and chrome compact dates around the 1920's or 30's and with that, it is in very good vintage condition. It was made by Elgin American who manufactured many of this type. The compact has a great deco design on the face, a decorative chain and designs around the edge and back. Inside is a mirror, rouge and powder sifter compartment and a small lipstick. The enamel is pristine.
