A rare super quality solidsterling silver pint tankard. It is hallmarked for Sheffield 1957 with the makers markbeing P Bros. It has a traditional Georgian design but most interestingly has been awarded as a golfing prise by the Worshipful Company of Carpenters. It is insuper condition being free from dings splits and repairs just the odd faint mark. It measures 5.5 inches(13.8cms) tall by 3.5 inches (9cms) across the rim excluding the handleand 5.75 inches including it and weighs 302 ...grams. A super quality very interesting piece.
