An old Lasonic TRC-931 boombox. Selling AS IS. Used estate item. It has some issues. It shows soiling and wear. It NEEDS a good cleaning, dusty and dirty. Light surface scratches. Function knob is gone. Mic select switch is broke and loose inside the case. Some corrosion on the small chrome speaker by volume knob. Antenna bases seem loose in the case to me, unsure if they are made that way or not. Battery cover door has one latch broke. Unit does power on and light up. I can bring in a...m and fm stations. Sounds good. It does give stain when volume is turned up or down, clears up when you stop adjusting. Balance works. GE changes audio when adjusted. No way to test the tape functions. A tape will top into deck A, and it lights up, unsure if it does anything further though. Deck B rewinds, unsure of any other functions though. No way to test inputs and outputs. I do not have enough batteries to test DC, so unsure if it works on dc. Good one for parts or restore, or a good shop radio as is. Sold AS IS, with issues. Photos show physical condition well.
