This is a very beautiful and rare example of a large decorative Ancient Near Eastern silvered necklace, with a quite amazing collection of over 40 individual Lapis Lazuli stones in high quality vivid detail. Has a fantastic arced design, with interlinking beads and overlapping jewelled at...tachments. One of the most beautiful statement pieces I have ever seen, presented as a wonderful high quality example. This piece has been professionally restrung on a chain for display as a note. Is in fantastic preserved condition alongside no damage or repair, with only minor understandable wear and fading due to age purely. Purchased originally from a late 1970's BADA registered private Dutch European collection.
