This is a scarce item; a 1954 softcover booklet "Constitution and By-Laws of the PATROLMEN'S BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION of the City of New York / New York's Finest" with a reprinting date of July, 1954. This booklet measures 5 1/4" x 3 1/3" and was meant to be pocket-sized. Has green front and rear covers. This booklet was available to all PBA members of the New York City Police Department. An interesting note; on the back cover it is printed that the PBA membership was 20, 756. This bookl...et has 32 pages and is in excellent vintage condition; intact with no tears, missing pages, writing, stains, or odor. It has no creases or dogearred pages. Pages are very slightly darkened due to age and green covers, too, are probably not as vibrant as they once were. Front cover has some light, minor smudging but is otherwise intact. A rare collectible from the New York City police department; "New York's Finest." Thanks for looking.
