You are looking at a Vintage 1940’s Marx Tin Litho Wind-Up Mule/Donkey & Farmer Cart Toy
In very nice condition, this old clockwork wind-up mule and cart was made around 1940 by Marx toys. In played with but decent working condition. Wind it up and the wheels turn but the spring doesn't seem to be strong enough to make the farmer bob while the mule pulls the cart. May need some oil / repair.
