First this machine Does Power on and light comes on and needles move when knobs are turned. Other than that I HONESTLY Don't Know anymore and is Being Sold AS IS!!!!! and Considered Sold For Parts. No Returns! Overall Condition seems to be good with blemishes on outside of metal box. Extra parts and pieces included that were in machine. The Cuffs and bands are basically dry rotted and hard, but included anyway. Small folder of printed instructions. See pics of everything that is includ...ed. This unit is quite heavy and right at 40 pounds hence the shipping cost. Nice old vintage piece that could possibly be fixed back to original condition?
