On offer, we have a Mid-Century Modernist bowl by Richard L. Knopf. This is handmade with a smooth glossy interior and textured exterior. The bottom is a bullseye of bright red surrounded with raised bubbles. The center is a bright blue fading to opaque glass at the top. The edge is a collage of squares and rectangles. The artist has signed it on the bottom. This measures 12 1/4" in diameter. 3" tall and weighs 3 pounds 6 ounces on my scale. We believe this is ...in excellent condition. There are plenty of bubbles and lines in the glass, on purpose; but there are no cracks, chips or damages. There's a water mark at the bottom on the red that I have not attempted to scrub. As I am not an expert, please view my photographs for more description. My elegant friend is moving to a smaller home and parting with some of her treasures. She received this as a gift decades ago.
