Winning bidder agrees to PAY $hipping by ups mail service in continental.//With all electronic devices we have to sell in AS IS condition not know what will happen along the way during shipping. / S/H stated in the auction description. Packing supplies are expensive, and therefore a fair handling fee is usually figured in as part of the shipping cost. PLEASE check all packing for all the parts that are shipped. We have had many high bidders discard items in the trash, and then say item was not sent. SO PLEASE check all packing material for all the parts that we ship.UPS & USPS have both RAISED their rates in shipping so it no longer takes a few dollars to send items like Grandpa did back in the good old days. We take extra care in packing each item so it arrives safely..
