VINTAGE FRENCH TICHET PRESLAR MONTMARTRE CHEF KNIFE FORGED CARBON STEEL. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS First Class.On Nov-26-20 at 22:15:32 PST, seller added the following information:It is rare to see one of these so close to its original size. Most of these knives were sharpened to oblivion by their owners to... get every last bit of use out of them. The business end is amazingly still over 12 inches long and 3 inches wide at the base of the blade. Original patina. She’s yours to clean... or not :) “ HP” initials carving still faintly seen on handle.
