WHAT A SUPER RARE piece of FLORIDA EAST COAST RAILWAY correspondence this is. Besides the fact that it is now 121 years old, it is from the beloved Master Mechanic of the F E C, for whom the great shops in St. Augustine were named. Adding to the interest is the fact that Mr. Miller is correcting a charge that should have been made to the "Ft. Pierce Restaurant, " so Jerry Groothouse as well as the rest of the FEC Railway Society people should "go wild" for this incredible l...etter, addressed to Railway Superintendent R. T. Goff. This is one rare letter, and I would think that the folks at the various en-route museums and every FEC buff and historian would be anxious to add this to their collections.
