For sale here is a Browning Silaflex model 222975, 7'6" 2-piece 5/6wt fiberglass fly rod in excellent used condition. 2- piece construction, the rod features sizematic aluminum ferrules, light brown wraps with golden yellow trim, and a down-locking brown anodized reel seat with dual locking nuts. The cork grip shows minor soiling and an oval shadow, likely from when the plastic was on the grip. This is probably a late 1960's rod, made in the U.S.A, and appears to have seen little time ...on the water. The ferrule fit is perfect, and the rod is sold in the original cloth bag and plastic screw-top tube.
One imperfection of note is some discoloration under the wraps on the first guide up from the male slide (see pictures).
