Title:Lot of 3 Republican National Convention Ticket Stubs w/ EnvelopeDescription:Presented for your consideration is this lot of 3 tickets from the 1940 Republican National Convention. The tickets are honored guest and general guest tickets at the June 1940 Republican National Convention at Philadelphia Convention Hall. Two of the tickets are for the arena stage (2nd & 5th day; honored guest) and one is for the upper balcony (4th day; general guest). Each of the tickets have a pic...ture of Abraham Lincoln and the Liberty Bell on the front. Nice, intricate detailing is shown throughout the design of the tickets. Upper Balcony ticket is unused and has both stubs still intact. Fifth day ticket has one of the stubs intact and the second day ticket is used with both ticket stubs missing. Comes with the original honored guest envelope. Front of the envelope has seating information and is marked "Honored Guest. Arena Stage. Republican National Convention Philadelphia Convention Hall June 1940." This lot of Republican National Convention memorabilia would make a great addition to any political memorabilia collection!
Light wear is on the envelope, mainly around the edges. Two small pencil markings are on the back of the guest ticket. No rips or tears. Overall the lot is in EXCELLENT condition. Please refer to the photos for the best details.
Smallest ticket measures 2 3/4" wide and 4 3/4" long. Largest ticket measures 2 3/4" wide and 7 1/4" long.
