Within the UK we send via different services but all have the new 2D barcode attached which means in the unlikely event an item goes missing it can be tracked to its last known destination as it is electronically tracked on its journey.

All items posted within the UK should reach you within 3 days but please wait until 10 working days have passed before contacting us as we cannot raise a query with the Royal Mail until this point. There are sometimes delays but 99.9% of mail does arrive. Rest Of World Postage:
Most of the items we post reach our customers within 7-14 working days , but it can take longer particularly at busy times of the year.However mail to certain countries such as South America , South Africa and Mexico can take considerably longer. Please be aware of this if you are purchasing from one of these countries.
