Sterling Silver Chinese Export Putting Trophy Cup 1885with Gold Wash marked HM 900Presented is a SolidSilver large cup with a stellar gold wash interior hallmarked for ChineseExport silver with a maker’s mark of HM. This great cup in engraved onone side with a dedication showing it to be a an undedicated trophy cup for “JCCSports 1885 Putting the Shot Won By” It is hallmarked Chinese export Gorhamsolid silver with a maker’s mark of HM and 90. American sterling silver is .925so ...there is less silver in this alloy.It is in lovely condition with no dents or dings and only some fine scratchesfrom gentle use and care.
