Vintage Hand Painted Porcelain Ceramic Woman Head Vase w/ Hair, Hat & Clothing
Technically not a traditional head vase, probably meant more as a decorative vanity item. Beautifully detailed, hand painted. Gorgeous full head of light blond curly hair!!
Excellent Condition - no issues w/ exterior - has a small chip underneath to ceramic / porcelain - doesn't affect anything, nor is seen. Just pointing out for accuracy! Seems to be a very hard materia...l (possibly porcelain or a very hard fired ceramic), despite the rather "soft" look to the painted head and face. Looking at it, one might surmise it being only paper mache', yet the underneath you can see how hard the material is.
Measures: 5.75" tall Approx: 10" base when spread out.
