This is a good original early Chinese postcard showing a fine view of the United States Consulate General at Shanghai c1905. Published by The Universal Postcard & Picture Company, Shanghai c1905. Postally unused and in good collectable condition with some corner wear. See scans. Buyers please note: I usually do my posting on a Friday, (trying to streamline costs and time), For all items where the sale price is £20.00 or under, and the destination is to a UK address the posta...ge cost will be a flat £1.00. If the final sale price is over £20.00 then I will send it via Royal Mail Signed For at a cost of £1.95p. For overseas items the shipping cost will be £2.50p for postcards, and as stated in my invoice for heavier items. Where the sale price is over £30.00 I must now charge for International Tracked & Signed at a flat cost of £6.95p. This will be quoted for in my invoice when payment is requested. I do regret the need for this, but I am not prepared to lose any more money through Paypal reclaims due to items going missing in the post. I am sure you will appreciate my problem, plus this will safeguard these top-quality cards and items in transit. Customers may pay by personal cheque, postal order or Paypal.
