Extra notes on garment quality:Two layers of twill applique, embroidery stitched, and heat pressed. Tackle Twill, Athletic Twill, Polyester Twill, and just Twill for short, are all common terms for the fabric material embroidered on all professional sports uniforms for the letters and numbers. This garment has PSA Twill (pressure sensitive adhesive) and is embroidered with 22, 000+ satin stitches. Heat pressing after embroidery bonds the twill layers together, and the whole applique to the garment. The result is a smooth design with no puckering or separation after washing.
