This old 2-story Folk Art house, likely 1890-1920, is charming - well preserved in original paint with a few expected age and wear issues. I have included views from all sides to give a complete indication of the condition. The only structural concern is the roof - an end board on one side has become separated from the roof. Possibly as a result, over years the roof has come to lean in one direction – the end board for the roof is included as are several pieces ...of scalloped trim for the front roof-line – all found stored inside the house – accessible through the back door, The house measures 11” high x 11” wide x 12” deep – there is no other damage to the base or any of the structure. Several of the windows are missing the top trim, the front roofline has the scalloped trim, as mentioned, but it needs to be reattached. The pinwheel window above front center is charming – the house was acquired near Lancaster County, Pa – historically the pinwheel motif is a common decorative element in Pennsylvania.
