The marks detract slightly but the lamp still shows nicely. Two shades of green on the shade. Marked Made in Occupied Japan on the bottom of the lighter (hard to see in last picture). About 4”H, 2-1/2” in diameter. I have not fueled or fired this lighter, however with the addition of fuel, I believe the lighter can be put in working condition.
