Up for Sale is a Vintage Factory Wooden case for the Smith & Wesson Revolvers with the 8 3/8" barrel. This box originally housed a S&W 27-2 .357 Magnum that I bought many years ago. I sold the gun recently. The box is in Excellent Condition with no damage. There are a few scratches on the bottom half which can be seen in the pictures. The original blue flocking had flaked off some years ago which was a common occurrence on most of these boxes. The black plastic frame is in fine... shape with no cracks. It still contains the original tools and screwdriver which I never used. There originally was a narrow plastic piece that covered the tools but that is missing.
